Seeking assistance through Counseling

Each area of an individual’s life naturally affects other areas. We all desire harmony with our mind, body, and spirit.

When we are overwhelmed with sadness, pain, anger, or fear, it can seem difficult to imagine ever finding that harmony.

You may be experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship issues. No one is immune to these common, human conditions.

Seeking help with these concerns is the first step toward becoming whole again. I want to be there with you on your journey to healing and growth.

My approach to counseling

Through the confusion that comes with pain, the sadness of depression, and the fear of anxiety, I can sit and listen to you. I will help you navigate your feelings, relate to your thoughts differently, and change behavior patterns that may contribute to your symptoms.

I use evidence-based therapy to develop a treatment approach individualized to each unique client.

To help facilitate the creation of secure and lasting bonds, I use my advanced training in Emotional Focused Therapy.
